Top Family-Owned Businesses in NH

Business NH Magazine compiles a list of the top NH-based family-owned companies. Companies will be ranked by annual sales. Companies will be ranked under general headings (i.e. $1 million to $5 million in sales), but specific revenue figures will not be publicly disclosed in the magazine and will be kept confidential. They will be used for ranking purposes only.

Annual sales MUST BE REPORTED to be included on the Top Family-Owned Companies list, which appear in our June issue. Click here for an application. Applications are due April 17, 2013.

The Best Companies to Work for in NH

Does your company work hard to retain its best and brightest workers with innovative workplace programs and benefits? Then Business NH Magazine and NH Businesses for Social Responsibility want to hear from you.

We're looking for the best places to work in NH–the businesses whose employees love their jobs, have great benefits, are treated fairly and take pride in the work they do. If this sounds like your company, we invite you to enter "The Best Companies To Work For in NH" competition, which is open to any company with headquarters in NH. It is also open to companies with headquarters elsewhere but with 100 or more employees in NH or to smaller out-of-state companies that employ the majority (50 percent plus one) of their workforce in NH.

The Top 100 Public Companies in NH

For our July issue, Business NH Magazine compiles a list of the top 100 public companies with facilities in NH. New Hampshire-based companies are ranked are ranked by their assets, while subsidiaries are ranked by the number of employees they have working in NH.

The Top 100 Private Companies in NH

Business NH Magazine compiles a list of the top 100 private companies in NH for the September issue. Companies are ranked by annual gross sales. The five companies on the list with the fastest growing sales during the past three years are also profiled in this issue. Business NH Magazine also creates a 10 companies to watch list, consisting of those companies with sales under $10 million but experiencing substantial growth.

The Top Women-Led Businesses in NH

Business NH Magazine and The Commonwealth Institute want to recognize the top women-led businesses in NH. We compile a list of the top women-led businesses in NH for the October issue.Companies are ranked by annual gross sales. We will also recognize fast-growing women-led companies. 

The Top Women-Led Companies list will be featured in the October 2013 issue of Business NH Magazine. Surveys are due August 9, 2013. Apply here.

Business and Business Leader of the Year Awards Competition

For 21 years, Business NH Magazine and the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives have celebrated the NH Businesses of the Year and Business Leader of the Year.
